3CX and Hubspot

Hi Team,

I have followed the 3CX instructions and connected to Hubspot. When a call comes in, it opens a weird link in a new window in chrome.

http://example.com/search?phoneNumber=0400000000&displayName=Aaron Smith - this gives an Error 404.

Nothing shows in Hubspot and doesn't pop up caller details or account. What do i need to change?

Assuming example.com isn't the actual URL...

You will likely need to play with inbound CID reformating so the number matches the format you are using in Hubspot. For example, if you have 10 digit in hubspot but 11 digit in 3cx, you will need to strip first digit.

Make sure to use the test button in settings to see if it can lookup or not.

This is the base integration, not CRM one.

On your Webclient (or Browser Ext), go to Settings > Integration, and make sure it's set to "Automatically open contact page when CRM is enabled".

The other option is probably what's enabled and by default, it comes with a URL like that.
