Greetings to all,
I have a requirement from a customer who needs to integrate 3CX with Odoo CRM. Specifically, when a call comes in, you want to see if the customer exists in Odoo, if the customer exists, there will be the customer's file and save the call as an activity with the customer and if the customer does not exist in Odoo, there will be a window to create the Contact.
If someone can do this integration, please contact me so that I can find out what information you need to make an integration proposal.
