3CX and Paxton Net 2 Entry system

Hello All,

I have setup a 3cx server for LAN use Only. This was setup so employee's could use soft phones with the Paxton Net 2 entry into the building. we used the Paxton Net2 because i also allow's video. I have registered 2 3cx soft-phones and the net2 panel as extensions on the 3cx server. I'm able to call the extension from any of the phones i setup. I can see the call come in but I get no audio or video. I set the extension under option on the phone system to
PBX Delivers Audio

The first thing I would do is to look over the 3CX Activity Log after a call attempt. There may be an error, or other entry, that points to an issue.
