3cx Andriod on Moto 3z calling out gets an internal error message

I have a client on 3cx Andriod 9 on Moto 3z calling out gets internal error using Verizon as the carrier. In checking phone updates none are shown. Guess Verizon/Motorola is leaving it on os v9.
This happens every time he dials outbound, inbound call work ok
We have uninstalled 3cx and reinstalled it on the cell phone

The 3cx Server is on v18 2 final

Any ideas to resolve it?

This is one person at a company of 50-75 users. Only affects 1 cellphone.
His extension works fine on my when set up on my Galaxy 20 running Andriod 12
Seems to be an issue on the Moto Z3 on android 9

If possible, ask him for client's verbose log containing such call then please send it to me via PM, so we could check.
