3CX Android App | No google services

Hi Everyone,

I have an Employee who has a Huawei p Smart 2020 (No Google Services) He has a issue where on his side if he opens the 3CX app it shows that he registered and online, However if i open the team tab on my cell phone and His extension comes up as being un registered and i cant phone him because it then it just goes through to voicemail.

I have done the following troubleshooting:

- Tried Keep active
- Turned on mobile data use in background
- Turned off battery optimization
- Re installed the app
- re provisioned the extension

at this point im a little lost, Our PBX is cloud hosted so its not a onsite pbx. His extension is direct internet facing so its not going through any firewalls or VLAN`s either.

3Cx is based to work with google services so this will always be a dodgy phone with Huawei

3CX works primarily with google services.
Huawei phones after a certain year have been discontinued from accessing google services and therefore are currently not supported.
