3CX App and Fanvil i61 Camera

Hello, I have a Fanvil i61 DoorPhone and I would like to view the camera from the 3cx smartphone app, but it doesn't seem to start the camera feed. When I'm trying to call the doorphone from a Fanvil X7 and vice versa, the camera feed starts normally. Any ideas?

Hello,

The mobile app supports the VP8 video codec, but the fanvil sends H264.

So I'm afraid it will not be possible to do it at all using the smartphone app.
