Hello,

We have devices Android or Iphones with 3cx App install and register. In 4G it's works perfectly.

But since we switch on WIFI (home, office, friends wifi,....) the sound is dirty and sometime the call notification never come.

This could be a problem within your ISP and or your router. My phone works very well on my cell carrier however WIFI no so well. I just turn off WIFI and it works just fine

The problem is not the app. It's either: your ISP, the router or your phone. Some handle VoIP better than others.

We meet this issue with all android and Iphone for the compagnie (different Android device and Iphone).

We have try some different WIFI and different ISP (home, compagnie, ...) and always the same bad quality. In 4G it's working fine !

So there is something with Wifi and some parameters into 3cx

Same situation here - different 3CX PBX versions, Android app versions and Android phones since year 2016 on different wifi networks and most of time calls over 3G/4G connection are ok but over wifi sound has clicking noise and distortion. Also there are no difference on wifi location (company local or outside). I can't remember any such kind of problem using Windows app over wifi.

We are using PCMa, PCMu, G729. Which SIP Transport method You are using for 3CX App?
