No Alpha 1 had department MOH but shared parking assigned to departments played default MOH. I haven't re-tested with Alpha 2 since it wasn't in the release notes/change log.

Amazing, multi tenant has really come together.

In the example given, it would be amazing if we could rename the shared park buttons on phones via 3CX. We do this via templates already but native is always best.

In the example given it would make user life easier if SP57 shows as Sales Park, SP58 shows as Accounts Park and SP59 shows as Support Park.

Yep same with us! At least with the recent changes custom templates are more manageable. Still nothing beats native!

I just tested Department Shared Parking MOH on V20 Update 10 Beta and it worked! Great stuff, can't wait to release this to clients.
