Solved 3cx app android non funziona

Ciao a tutti,

sto riscontrando un grosso problema nell'utilizzare le app 3cx su sistema android.
Il sistema è installato on premise su windows, ho configurato il router correttamente e funziona alla perfezione con telefoni VoIP, su app ios, e con il web client.

Per quando riguarda l'app android riesco ad approvvigianre gli interni tramite qr code. Gli interni risultano approvvigionati dal cellulare android. Riesco a vedere gli altri interni, scambio messaggi con gli altri interni ma non riesco a ricevere o effettuare chiamate.

Ho provato di tutto ma mi sta sfuggendo qualcosa e non riesco a capire cosa.

Did you scan the QR code from the Welcome Email or from the Management Console?

You're unable to make AND receive calls correct? Have you provisioned the same extension on an iOS device and you're able to make and receive calls?

i tried to scan both QR Codes and the problem is the same.

Yes, i am unable to make AND receive calls. I tried to provision the same extension with two different device: with iPhone everything works correct, i can call, i can receive, i can transfer during a call, ecc.. but if i try the same way to provision (ex: from the welcome mail) the same extension with Huawei or Samsung i can't receive or make call.

Recently i've noticed something. Before one of the last updates I used the firebase push account and everything works correct; after the change to 3cx push account it started theese problems with android.

Could be linked the two things? have i change anything else by my self?

Hi @Vignaiolo,

Can you create a completely new extension, enter an email address for it. Scan the QR sent on the new welcome email. Does it allow you to make / receive calls?

thank you for your advice. I tried to create a new extension but doesn't work. I can't make call and when i receive call, the device ring but when I try to answer the phone cuts out.

Just always with android, because with iOS every test's ok

Can you make sure you're not using IPv6?

Ok, I Did. IPv6 was checked: I unchecked, i created a new estension, scanned by the welcome mail but still doesn't work.

The firewall test is everything ok. Could be any other setting on firewall?

Hi @Vignaiolo,

You could upgrade to v18 and see if it still happens.

Another thing you may want to try is to enable verbose logging (Dashboard >> Activity Log >> Settings >> Verbose), start a capture, make a call, stop the capture, then check the log files (3cxSystemService.log). This should provide more detail as to what is happening.

Hi VasilisV_3CX,

I solved the problem. The problem was in Settings>>Network>>FQDN.

I didn't flag "allow calls from/to external...". In fact i can't make calls outside the wi-fi too.

With the flag and with the same FQDN i solved every problem. Now everything works correct.
