Hi
i have issue with android app.3CX app can make a call, but can't receive. Also status is grayed out.
Version 16.0.9 Product .Professional Perpetual.I reinstalled app, created new extension but not worked.

Could you please provide the information mentioned here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/every-new-post-must-contain.20492/

Also:

• Is this only affecting one specific android device, a number of them or all?
• Do you get the same issue on every Wifi network and even when connected to LTE?
• What OS is 3CX running on and where is it hosted?
• When you say "status is grayed out", are you referring to the square in the upper right corner of the app? Could you provide a screenshot?

It's affecting number of devices.I tried it with Samsung and Xiaomi.I tired on wifi and LTE,same result.3CX running on windows server 2016.I mean status on the top right of the app. Also app cant retrieve call history and address book.

It sounds like you do not have presence information. For this to be available to the 3CX mobile client, it must be able to contact the 3CX PBX on its https port (default: 5001 or 443). Are the 3CX Mobile clients on the same LAN as the 3CX PBX or remote? If remote, are you able to access the Management Console of the PBX from that same remote location on https://FQDN:HTTPS_PORT?

Make sure all required ports have been configured for this 3CX Instance: https://www.3cx.com/docs/ports/

For incoming calls to mobile clients, bear in mind that they are delivered via PUSH, meaning that your 3CX PBX must be able to contact Google's PUSH servers and then Google's PUSH servers must be able to contact your android device. Since you are facing this issue regardless of where the android device is connected(LTE, Wifi, etc), I'd first recommend making sure that there are no outbound network restrictions on the 3CX end that might prevent 3CX from contacting Google's PUSH servers.
