3CX App now missing Car/Bluetooth option

Hi all,

Since my app updated, (now 18.1.3.132) it is now missing the Car/Bluetooth tick box option and as a result, I cannot click my headset to answer calls. Anyone know if there is a way to get this functionality back?

Should you still replicate the issue, could you also provide me in Private Message the app's verbose logs in order to understand what's going on and help you out with your issue?

1. Enable Verbose Logs: “Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Enable verbose logging”.
2. Restart your device
3. Reproduce the issue and “Send log report”: Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Send Log Report

I've just tested the new version 18.1.529, stil same issue. Car / bluetooth compatibily option still missing, I've sent the log via PM.

Hi Thom,

Something in the last few updates has stopped me being able to answer incoming calls in the Toyota (which used to be fine, as discussed above.) Phone rings (through the car audio) I press the steering wheel button to answer, ringing stops, I hear only silence, caller hears the ringing noise as if it was still ringing. Phone has answer/decline buttons, answer does nothing, decline drops the call. Nothing in the setup has changed, only the 3CX phone app. Is it possible to get an APK for previous releases so I can track down when the problem started?

Edit:

I've worked on this a lot today, trying previous apk installs. The key seems to lie with the Audio Subsystem API setting in the advanced setup section. Neither of the two settings work on the latest version, but if I choose automatic on 18.1.4.211 or on 18.1.3 versions (tried a few!) all works as normal.
