3CX APP - Oneplus 9 Pro Android 13

The application does not notify the call even if they are inside the app. Call externally. . Battery optimization disabled. The notification pops up occasionally only after you miss the call but not always

Could you also provide me in PM the app's verbose logs in order to understand what's going on and help you out with your issue?

1. Enable Verbose Logs: “Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Enable verbose logging”.
2. Reproduce the issue and “Send log report”: Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Send Log Report

Also kindly check that the notification settings are all enabled
On Oneplus in your home screen
- Long press on the 3CX icon
- Tap on the (i) icon
- Tap on Manage notifications
- Make sure that under Categories, incoming calls and Missed calls are enabled

Also make sure that the required permissions are granted
On Oneplus in your home screen
- Long press on the 3CX icon
- Tap on the (i) icon
- Tap on Permissions
- Make sure that Phone, Notifications and Microphone are enabled

If the above are correctly set, does the "Keep active' mode help with resolving the issue?
- “Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu)
- Tap on Keep Active
- Tap on OK
- Try reproducing the issue
