We are currently running on version 16.2.0.93 for the Android app and since we have updated to it every time we try to take a call from an external call it will flash call request failed at the bottom of the screen. The firewall checker on the 3CX system passes all test. We are running the app on multiple different style phones and seem to have no luck with it. Im not sure what kind of information would be needed but any help would be appreciated.
