3cx Assistant LogFile.BIN Date/Time bin coded

Hello,

for our application i need to get the date & time of the callers call.

this data is binary coded in the file:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\3CX Assistant\Logs\calls_in.bin

A data record looks loke this:
偮ǘË̈J æ|oc
0 1 5 1 1 7 XXX

015117XXX = number of caller
偮ǘË̈J æ|oc = binary coded Date & Time.

How can i get date and time / how is this coded?
