3cx assistant "MakeCall"

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know why the click to call feature on 3cx assistant instantly calls my own extention no matter what number I am trying to call. and the caller Id on my soft phone says "MakeCall".

That is how the feature works. It calls your phone, you pick it up and then it connects you to the phone number you dialed.

Thank you that was helpful yet I still have an issue probably somewhere in my settings but I am getting a message when i answer the call saying "an error occured in an IVR sesion". any Ideas
