When dialing an extension from the assistant, our snom phones (300, 320, 370) play music on the speaker until the call is answered (which is fine).
Users who have headsets have to press the headset button once the music has started playing. Is there a way to force the phone to use the headset instead of the speaker when dialing from 3CX asssitant ?
I've tried playing around with the phones settings but calls still go to speaker...
