I am trying to configure the new 3CX assistant CRM settings with outlook 2007 and am getting the following error:
"An error occurred trying to connect to Microsoft Outlook contacts folder list.
Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.ApplicationClass'
Operation failed due to the following error:Library not registered
(Exception from HRESULT:0x8002801D (TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED))"
This is using outlook 2007 on Windows 7 enterprise. I have tried an uninstall and reinstall as well as deleting all of the program folders and registry entries for the 3CX assistant. Any ideas?
