3CX Assistant with a Bridge

Hi,

is it possible for users to see the status of other users located over a bridge? As We need this so we can transfer calls to people that are not already on the phone...

Hi,

You could yes, simple create an extension on the other server and connect the digital receptionist to it on a second account. When you need to see who is available then simply switch to the other.

Each PBX added to the assistant will appear as its own tab in the assistant. This makes it fairly simple (although not perfect) to quickly see remote status and transfer calls. You transfer a call by dragging over the tab you want to send it to, then the extensions will appear and you drag down to the extension and release.
