Hello,
We have problem with 3CX v16.0.8.16 with logout from queue.
3CX automatically logs an agent off one queue while the agent is logged in on other queues. Do any of you have this case? What can we do?

Hi @BartoszB,

Can you provide more information? Are there queue managers for the queues? Are they perhaps logging the agents out?

How many Queues is the agent assigned to?

The only way I see this as possible is if you're using the legacy Windows Client, and you've set a timeout to switch status and those statuses are configured to log the agent out of the queues. Which brings me to the question, which client is the agent using?

Do you have any third party tools installed that may affect the status / login / logout functionality?

Hello,
The application version is 16.0.3.174, the manager does not log off agents We have our own login / logout functionality, but this mechanism works in such a way that the agent is logged out of all queues as if he clicked "Q" only on 3CX PhoneForWindows Agent are in 3 queues

So youre not using the native client to log agents in out? what is this "own functionality" you speak of?

Hi @BartoszB,

I must echo what @kieferschild is concerned about. We do not suggest using any 3rd party tools to control the logging in / out or status changing of our PBXs. You can do so at your own risk but then you'll need to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Ok, thank you.

But this mechanism is connect to 3CX API
Well in that case, it sounds like you need to troubleshoot this "mechanism" of yours....

Yes of course, is weird but this mechanism only logout from all queues
