3CX beta application from microsoft store does not display teams and contacts.

Hello, help me identify the reason why contacts and commands are not displayed in the 3cx application in our organization. Server version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release)

You have presence issue. Ensure that the computer can communicate with the 3cx systems https port.

Meaning it can reach the system via its fqdn, for example:http://1892.3cx.cloud and that the windows firewall is not blocking connections.

Hi, yes it can communicate with that port. Maybe server not configured properly to show contacts and teams. Also older client works correct.

If you open a weblclient on same computer can you see contacts and other users in the team tab?

Yes sir, it's working with web client 3cx (PWA) application shows the teams, also we use only teams not contacts.

I checked two latest version of beta clients and still experiencing this issue.
