Hi All,
We have been asked to diagnose a problem by one of our 3CX customers, and I figured it might be easier to use the Bin Log Viewer as per the advice here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-log-viewer/
However, when I try to run the viewer, and open the '3CXPhoneSystem.bldef' file, the viewer crashes with this message:

I have the DLL in the same folder as the EXE, and I also tried copying the DLL to C:\Windows\
I also tried manually registering the DLL, but I get an error saying that the module 'failed to load'.
Is the viewer still a valid way to parse the 'Activity Log' files? If so, any suggestions on how to resolve the error?
I don't relish trying to do it manually via the management console :-(
Thanks,
Alan.
