3cx BLF Panel Blank in Thick Client

Hi there, just wondering if anyone sees a blank BLF panel in the 3cx Windows Client? I am on the latest. The webclient shows the BLF, but appears when enabled in the 3cx windows client it is blank although user has keys programmed. Thanks,

Sorry. Nevermind on this. I figured it out. I had changed my pwd and the client came up, but was not logged in. Once I removed my account and re-added to the client and logged in with new pwd the BLF panel shows. Not a huge deal. Maybe Ui enhancement a popup of some sort when launching that it is not logged in and to update pwd or something. Thanks all.
