I'm trying to block IP in 3cx on the IP blacklist section. When I add the IP rage that has action Deny and after this rule I add the same IP range which has action Allow . When I try to connect with softphone app it allows me to connect.
it is assumed that the IP blacklist should work with the order, that if at the first moment it finds an Action block it should not be connected. Can anyone explain ?
