Hello,

we have three 3CX instances connected with bridge. Two distances (A, B) are in the same country, and one (C) is in another country. Everty 3CX instance have own SIP Trunk and different SIP provider.
Problem is when I make call from these two 3CX instances that are in the same country to number that is in another country, it shows wrong number to client. It shows number that is on "C" 3CX. I played with "C" outbound parameters but it won't display correct number.

3CX instances are on latest v18 version, everything was work until last Thursday, I rebooted VM-s, contacted SIP provider, everything from their side is okey.

Did anyone have this problem or maybe know what I missed?

Hi @MMZ

In your configuration for systems A and B, do you have calls going to other countries routed though system C? Where are calls supposed to the routed to?
You say you see the wrong caller ID but is that one of your caller IDs or is it a random caller ID?

It is caller ID from system C, I can send photos to show how are interfaces configured, if that will help.

Svjetlost ZG is system A, Svjetlost BiH is system B. When they making outbound call over system B to their client, and client make redial, they making call to System A, and it shows caller ID from System A to their client.

Could it be that the provider in the country where "C" is located has recently become more strict, with the caller ID being sent?
If you check the 3CX Activity Log (Verbose), for one of these calls, what caller ID does it show being sent? If it is (what you consider to be correct) from the originating PBX (A or B), then I would have to assume that it is your provider that is making he change.

I see that you do not use a prefix to call between the 3 systems. Do all systems have different extension lengths or are in different number ranges? You may need more strict outbound rules so that calls always go out the correct PBX.
