Hello,

Have an issue with proper configuration and hope here I'll find some help)
I have 3CX in headquaters and Yeastar PBXs in the branches. They was connected with SIP peer-trunks and dozens of inbound rules and somehow worked. Ok. In new Yeastar firmware there is a new feature - Multisite interconnect, which is the same as 3CX bridges, so I've decided that I need to reconfigure my PBXs to use bridges instead of trunks (I've heard that will allow to call between extensions directly without inbound rules).

So, I've created master bridge on 3CX and slave on Yeastar, registration was successful, I've created outbound rule on my 3CX using that bridge and calls from 3CX to Yeastar work properly.
But inbound calls from Yeastar to 3CX fail.
In Yeastar call log:
Outgoing call failed. The call is from <username> to 153 through Multisite interconnect.
It seems that Yeastar works properly and place call to correct connection

But in 3CX call log I see the following:
From: PBX To: End Call.

I've found no solution for how to create either inbound rule for bridge that will route call to DID extension and not to one specified in rule.

Can anyone help me?

P.S. Sorry for my English, it's not my native language =)

The difference with using a Bridge Trunk, as opposed to a "regular trunk", is that incoming calls are handled in much the same manner as a call placed from an extension. So, DID rules should not be needed. If the correct digits are being sent, then there may be a "signaling" issue that will require something like Wireshark to track down.

Are you certain that this is not a Yeastar proprietary feature meant to connect only to another Yeastar PBX?

Well, since I have no access to source code neither of Yeastar PBX nor of 3CX, I can't be sure )
But connection using bridge and interconnect is up, so I hope that they can be used with each other.
Thanks for your reply, I'll try to find something with wireshark
