3CX Call Quality: SIP Trunk vs PRI?

Is there a noticeable call quality benefit to using a dedicated PRI over an Internet-based SIP Trunk provider with 3CX?
Among the preferred and supported SIP trunks provider in the US, which ones are the ones that provide the best call quality experience?

The are both digital end to end, so there should be no difference. However..hardware (PRI gateway), provider, network quality and Codec choices can make a big difference for each installation. There are a number of factors that will/can have an affect on voice quality.
In theory, a PRI from a provider to your gateway should be more stable than some ISP connections as it will be a dedicated service. But again many variables involved, and depending on the services in your area, one may, or may not, be better than the other.
