3cx callcontroll api throughing 422 error code

To answer call I am using the api billow

I am getting 422 in response which is unprocessable entity

direct_control is false, you cannot answer it via API.

How can i make call with the direct_control value true and then answer ? is there any setting available which is responsible for direct_control ?

You don't control that. It depends on the softphone/device used.

We are using 3cx own softphone still unable to answer call. Please give me a solution how can i answer the call ?

There is no solution. You can try to use TAPI or use auto-answer on the softphone (Windows only.)
