questions, am i able to connect a 2n ip entry system via this system allowing staff to release the door via a gigaset handset.

also does the cloud system have a text messaging services to keep people informed of services

Is the 2N IP system remote to the 3CX system - i.e. 3CX is cloud based.

We use 2N units on the same lan, work perfectly - caller pushes the button , ring group is picked up and you dial DMTF code to open the door.

Not sure if it works remotely to 3CX cloud, (unless you have site to site vpn). May help, on the setup you have SIP Proxy and SIP Registrar to configure,

Are you asking if 3cx runs off standard broadband? I use my Fiber connection for internet to run my 3cx system on as well. Then I subscribe to a provider, like Flowroute. See here for a list of providers approved for use with 3cx: https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/
Others not listed here are likely to work as well, but not as reliably without a lot of tinkering.
