3cx chat integration

Good morning,

I have a custom API that communicates with WhatsApp. Is there any possibility of integrating my API with 3cx chat?
For example, can I open a chat in 3cx for a queue or user using an API?

The aim would be for my custom API to communicate with 3cx and WhatsApp. Make that bridge

3CX has a Whatsapp integration natively within the system. This is not customisable to talk with any other APIs.

The Whatsapp chats coming in to 3CX can be sent to users or to a queue.
