Solved 3CX client always running

Hello All,

Every time and close the android client with Swipe (a bad habit!) the client stops receiving calls until I opened it again. I tried everything to keep the client running but it's a mission impossible! A simple phone restart and no more 3CX client, and more and more lost calls. Calls and PUSH is working ok while in Wi-Fi or 3G/4G, so nothing do complain about this. I just need the client always running when booting and killing it with swipe by mistake. Do you know any method to keep the app always running? Zoiper and others have this option and works very well.

Details:
Android Client 15.5.344.492
Huawei Mate 9 on Android 8
App Battery options set manually: Auto-launch, Secondary launch and Run in background all ON.
Ignore battery optimization on for the application

Do you have other devices that do not have this issue? Push should work even if the app is not running.

Since you asked I tested installing it in a Samsung Note 3 (SM-N9005) with Android 5.0 and it works! I swipe the application (kill it) turn off the screen, dial the extension and wakes up the phone and rings. Soooo.... something is preventing the application from starting in Mate 8!

Thank you for the update. I do not have a Huawei device right now to check but i will try to find one and see if i can replicate the issue. Check the app permissions and the battery optimisation settings again in case something is wrong with the settings.

Strange.... I uninstalled the client, removed my self from beta program, reinstalled and now it's working fine!
