Hello,
I am using a PBX that is being hosted in a data center. Locally the Phones are setup on VLAN 1 and the phones are setup on VLAN 250. I have built into each extension the VLAN tagging as such. Phones work fine as well as the computers navigate to their proper VLAN.
The problem is when a call is made in CTI mode, options are disabled, or you cannot answer calls from the App. Inside of my firewall I have the rules setup to where both VLAN's can see each other just fine and communicate. Everything is also provisioning via stun using the FQDN.
Can anyone think of any ideas of changes I need to make to where the phone and the app connect to each other correctly in this configuration?
