Can somebody tell me why the 3CX client sometimes goes offline and is not visible in de presence list?
The client only comes visible when you get the smartphone out the sleepstand and activate the 3CX client.
When you close the smartphone the 3CX client disappears form the presence list. I can solve this problem by re-installing the app on the phone. Then is stays prensence for a couple of days; The sudenly all 3CX client of smartphones are gone -> disappears again from the presence list! Thx for your help!
