Solved 3CX Client Popup extensionlist if call comes in

Hello,

I installed the new 3CX Windows Client. I want to have, that the Client with the other extensions automatically popup, that I can see, whether other people already calling or not.
Right now i only see the incoming call. Is there a setting to change that?

Hi @Vettel,

Within the Electron App, you can click Panel then click the Pop-out button where it will pop out the Switchboard for you to see. This will be a window that you can keep open to monitor all calls provided you have the permissions to do so and note that you'll need to have open as it won't automatically provide a notification when any call is placed on the PBX.

Hi thanks for this information, but I need a solution to open this Panel or the "Team" overview automatically if there comes a call in. Thanks!

Hi @Vettel,

While there is probably something that could be scripted to cover this, it would probably be a lot more cost effective to just purchase a monitor and have the switchboard window on that monitor.
