3CX Cloud error "Block WAN requests is ON"

Hello,
We have a free 3CX cloud server, but when trying to register a phone, we receive the error message: "Block WAN requests is ON" When we try to search for the option, it doesn't appear to activate it like it does in the self-hosted version. The 3CX Cloud version is 20.0 Update 6 (Build 724).

Could you help us or guide us as to why we are not allowed to register the phone number?

Hi, what phone is this? please make sure it is using the supported firmware listed here

Phones must be registered behind a 3CX SBC or router phone, please check also this document.

Hello @Alejandro_3CX.
We connected it about a year ago, but we recreated 3CX in the cloud, and we don't remember how we did it, we have already installed the SBC again.

Attached is a photo of the SBC, the 3CX configuration, and the Fanvil configuration. Since we're getting the "Timeout" error, we suspect we haven't entered something correctly in the Fanvil configuration. Could you help us verify this is correct?

Please delete the pics since they have sensitive informations such as auth id, etc.

The device is a generic phone and not with the default template, if you are using a supported phone please configure it using the default template behind the sbc and use the supported firmware as mentioned before.

Don't worry, the connections were changed once I sent you the image; they were just for reference. When we validate, the SBC appears in red. Is this normal?

That means the sbc is down, try to reinstall it again, it must be with GREEN Status.
