Bug in softphone since U9 - Session expiry

Hi team

I've been having this weird issue with my Windows softphone (Beta, from the Store) using both Update 9 and 10 Alpha 2. Every time I provision my softphone, it stays for around 24 hours then does this:



I always have to reprovision. A simple reactivation of the account in the app does not fix it.

Any idea why it would do this? I haven't played with the registry keys, or command line arguments. Nothing of the sort. Classic manual provisioning.

Hi thanks for your report.

Could you please send us via private message the verbose logs of both softphone and PBX?

For Softphone:
Go to Menu Button > About
Click 12 times on the version number
This will take you to settings page
Click on troubleshooting and enable verbose logs
Reproduce the issue
Send us the logs.
Can be found here:
C:\Users\{YOURUSER}\AppData\Local\Packages\3CXDMCC.3CXBeta_bhm4yemhnd70e\LocalCache\Local\3CXSoftphone


For PBX logs, simple go to Admin > Dashboard
Activity logs > Settings > Select Verbose

Reproduce the above issue and download the Support Info from Dashboard
