3CX Conference room Validation

Hi Guys,

We should add a validation in the system to validate the conference room number when joining a conference.

Currently if somebody mistype the conference room number it will create a new conference.

There should be a validation " You entered the conference room number XYZ, press * to confirm or # to cancel".


Many users are mistyping the meeting ID and waiting for the conference that will never start, because it is somewhere else.

You could PIN-protect the Conference so that people joining, even if they enter the incorrect Conference ID, they will not be able to create a new conference and wait for people that are never going to arrive.
