3cx configuration

Hi everyone,
I want to configure 3CX on my elastix server. My elastix server version is 4.0 on centos 7. Is 3cx supported this? and what must i do for this task?

Please not that CentOS is not is the list of the 3CX supported operating systems. You can find the supported operating systems below:
