Is there a way to get information on what the server address and HTTP username/password should be for IP phones that are not directly provisioned by 3CX so they will connect and sync the contact addressbook in 3CX?

We have some phones which do not support 3CX auto-provisioning so we have configured them manually. They work very well but I cannot find any information on what the expected server address, port, and credentials to use to configure the IP phone to download the 3CX contact list. Does anyone have information on this?

The http link will depend on the actual model of the phone - it is the provisioning url with the filename for the relevant model of phone

For example - http://*.3cx.co.uk:5000/provisioning/*/yealink_phonebook.xml (note , I have removed some code and replaced with *)

As you can not provision the phones, you may not find the required xml file

Ok. I thought that might be the case. We can try connecting the phone up to our Office 365 tenant. I think the phone has support for that. It just would have been nice to see it implemented directly through 3CX.

Thanks for your help!
