3cx creating external provisioning link for grand stream gxw-4104

I am trying to setup a grandstream gxw-4104. When I go into 3cx and add it as a gateway the provisioning link it gives me is not a local ip, it is an external link. Running 3cx Version 18 Build 314

Hi @bustech

How did you set your PBX up during installation? Did you select split DNS or an internal IP?
Depending on your choice the appropriate link is populated.
