3CX crm integration mysql

Hello,

i have a quick question regarding mysql integration.
When i test with part of the full phone number it finds it but says "it can't be found".
Once i do that with the full phone number it works.
Is that the way it is supposed to work ? I am using the default template.

Hi @ArnaudTez in the pbx admin console, navigate to system ---- phonebook ---- options --- and check that the field MATCH EXACTLY is enabled, apply the settings and make a new test.
