3cx CRM integration

Can you please let me know which if there are any ports that have to be opened for 3cx CRM integration

Are there any ports that have to be opened if we are using a plugin that we have created?
We are testing a custom plugin that we have created, and it doesn't seem to get integrated when the extension is outside the LAN.

Also, none of the plugins available with 3cx (like vtiger), seems to get intergrated on the Windows client which is on a remote location.

Does anyone have any idea, what could be the reason? Or if there are any ports that have to be opened?
