Hi,

Suppose that I set "Console restriction" to on to enhance the security of a cloud PBX.

Should I lose my static IP for some reason (eg: switch ISP, forgot to disable console restriction),
and I still have root access to the cloud PBX and can access any file in the system,
where can I go (exact file path) to manually update my new IP in the cloud PBX pls?

thx
kenneth

Hi @k.lee,

There is no file that stores the information with regards to the Console Restriction settings.

If this did hypothetically occur, redeploy the PBX from backup that does not have the restrictions in place and if stuck open a ticket with 3CX Support via the Customer Portal.

ok noted. thx
