3CX Debian - Server Error after Create Extension

Hello,
i use 3CX Debian (ISO Installation) running on Intel NUC.

Everytime i create a new Extension via Webinterface (Crome, Firefox, EDGE, etc.) i get the error message "Bad Gateway". After this we can not Login via web Interface The error is "Server Error"

I tried to restart the PBX but the error Comes aggain.

I checked the Status (see in Picture)

How to solve ?
