Solved 3cx Desktop App - Where did the queue manager go?

I've just upgraded to the 3CX V18 desktop app. They've really made a lot of changes.

I can log into a queue. But we have multiple queues, and usually we only want to login to a specific queue. How do we do that? The only option from the main menu is "Log in to queue".
Also when I log into queue, from Panel - "Queue Logged In To" doesn't change, it remains blank.

To manage the explicit logging in and out of queues, go to the Panel section >> Click the All dropdown >> Select the queue:



Queue managers will be able to log out and log in all extensions, whereas the extension itself will only have control over its own logging in and out.

When you say Queue Manager, I'm assuming we just need to check " Perform receptionist operations like set status, set reminders (wake-up call), Assign and Clear extensions (Check-in/out)" under Rights?

Whats frustrating here is that my users previously had these rights, but upon upgrade, nobody had those rights. This does fix my problem. Thanks!

To set an extension as a queue manager, navigate to your Queue >> Notifications section and add an extension as the Queue Manager there:

It would be nice if we could login/out when viewing ALL queues. But this works. Thanks!
