Solved 3CX Desktop Client CTI Modus & width

Hi,

when we change at the 3CX client the modus to CTI Modus (Deskphone) it works as expected. But after rebooting the windows system, the softphone modus is active. So the 3CX desktop client starts with the software modus. Is it possible to change that behavior? We would like to have always the CTI modus.

Extension -> Phone Provisioning -> 3CX App -> Preferences -> Call Control.

OK, my mistake! I didnt saw this setting. That Works now.

Another Question to the width from the desktop client. I cannot take the mouse and pull the 3CX client a little bit wider so that some long contacts are cut off. Is there a solution for that?

I don't think you can resize the window. For this, the Webclient would be easier.

You can also use the Webclient to control the Windows client, just so you know.

No you can't resize the Windows Client, WebClient would be the way to go.
