3CX Dialer: IsThereAnyFreeExtension Not Working Correctly

My dialer script created in CFD works really well when agents are ready to call. However, when extensions are set to DND or Away, the script is still making calls. Maybe the conditions are not set up right? I need the dialer to stop when the agent is not available so we don't burn through numbers on the list. Any ideas? I posted screenshots from the CFD below. There is no condition for "noFreeExtensions." Maybe that is the issue? Thanks in advance.
