@Vali_3CX in this post https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...n-push-notifications-fail.113957/#post-527672
wrote that 3CX sends a notification to the user about the end of the push subscription.
We have never received such a message.
I specially created a test extension, registered it on a separate Iphone, checked that calls and chat messages work great. After 7 days of inactivity, as expected, the status of this extension changed to "not registered".
But there were no messages about the end of the push subscription.
Can anyone confirm that they have received push subscription termination messages after 7 days of not using the app?
is there a way to check why we are not receiving the message?
version 3CX - 18.0 (Build 314)
hosted on Raspberry PI 4 inside our network.
The firewall test passes.

To catch this for iOS client:
1 - ensure the PBX will keep the verbose logs for at least 7 days.
2 - launch the iOS client and be sure it registers to the PBX
3 - on the PBX logs, check for its submitted device standard push (IS) token and write it somewhere
4 - terminate the 3CX client and be sure it will not launch, not be called for next 7 days (better turn device power off)
5 - after 7 days, check the PBX logs and look for the device token you saved on (3) and see if PBX sends the notification.
Due to large time interval, it's not a very confortable troubleshooting, but I see no other better way.

Yes, this is not the easiest and most convenient way to diagnose. Before going through it, I want to clarify once again. Has anyone received notifications from PBX about the upcoming expiration of the push subscription?
