3cx dont reply to invite with source port 5060

I have an issue as i create TCP sip trunk between 3cx and SBC . out going call is working well but incoming call dont work . what i notes that 3cx dont replay to invite message that come with source and destination port 5060 . how can i fix this ?

Hi @mbashar89

TCP connections are assigned with random TCP ports assigned by the OS. The PBX is only using the TCP port that was assigned to it by the OS for that connection. If you want the port to always be 5060 I would recommend using UDP instead of TCP.

unfortunately i have to work with TCP sip trunk for security reason. I know that 3CX use random port for initiate the call and it is working no problem in that but the issue that 3CX dont accept invite from SBC that come with source 5060. so is there any configuration to make 3CX accept any TCP invite with source 5060?

In you first port you mentioned that the source and the destination port is 5060. Is that correct? If it is then 3CX expects the call to go to the port the TCP connection is established. If the Invite is directed to the wrong port then the call will fail. I am not familiar with a way to bypass that and have the PBX accept these calls.
