Save I have a V20 customer on premise and 2 trunks with different numbers, and different incoming routes, now they tell me that some calls from trunk 2 seem to mysteriously arrive at the route of trunk01. However, I can't find a complete log of the call, for example this caller called this ivr destination number.... ?
Thank you

tried to run tcpdump and/or sngrep to see the behavior of the calls?

Hi, first of all, thanks for your reply, tcpdump and sngrep are methods that I can use in "live" the problem occurs randomly. I checked and there are no transfers between queues or department users and the trunk DIDs are correctly configured. However, they claim that calls addressed to trunk 2 arrive on the trunk 1 queue. I did not find a log calling number; called number; destination queue / extension. In report -> system -> incoming rules I found a similar report that however only takes into account calls directed to a direct dialing extension. Isn't there a similar report for calls addressed to queues?

You will need to use the 3CX Bin Log viewer. Set the PBX to verbose logging and wait for the issue to occur. Then download the support info files and get the logs. Open the Bin Log viewer and open the 3CXPhoneSystem.bldef file. Add the 3CXPhoneSystem.bldef and 3CXPhoneSystem.blrec files in the same folder.

Update 6 Alpha introduces the feature incoming calls are shown with all the necessary data calling number, called number and destination :)
