3CX DTMF BLF

We would like to assign a DTMF to a BLF for our devices; in this case, it's a C600. However, 3CX's Management Console does not provide this feature although it is present in the device's web interface. Unfortunately, each time the device is reprovisioned, this particular setting is wiped. I have attempted to post this feature request but I do not have access to the Forum.

Does anyone have an idea how this can be done? We have considered looking into the Call Flow Designer but have not made any progress yet on the matter.

Would be a nice feature to include.

We currently don't have this planned as a feature.

The only alternative solution we can offer is to create a custom template, however as mentioned in the guide, it is not supported.
If you ever run into any problems, before you report it, make sure to revert back to the default template, factory reset and reprovision the device with the default template, and only then if the issue remains, report it.

The DTMF option for BLF has been requested by quite a few people but, as NickD_3CX pointed out, it is not a feature 3CX are planning to add at this time.

However, someone pointed out in another post that they were able to use a custom speed dial to achieve a similar result to a DTMF BLF. You might want to try that option to see if it will work for you.
